1. Reset Nervous System: Lie on back with hands behind head and knees up. Move head to right side. Yawn. Return head to center. Move head to left side. Yawn. Return head to center.
2. Reset Nervous System: Sit up. Place feet on floor. Keep head facing forwards. Move eyes to the right. Tilt head to right, following eyes. Yawn. Return head to center. Return eyes to center. Repeat on left side.
3. Deep diaphragm breathing while smiling. Inhale 8. Hold 4. Exhale 8.
4. Scratch scalp vigorously with both hands. 2 minutes.
5. Gargle water. Work up to 2 minutes.
6. Pranayama breathing. See online videos if you don’t know this one. Easier to see than describe.
7. Add 30 seconds of cold shower to your regular showering. Increase as possible. Options include bobbing for apples (head dunk) and jumping into a cold river.
